Hi,

We recently installed the 6.14.
In the screen Shedule assistance screen, we have this message. (previously we don’t have it)
It refers to Query Manager
Do you know if a setting is missing ? In the installation ?

Thanks and Regards

anthony

Hi Anthony,

this message typically indicates some problem with the PSO SQM (Scheduling Query Manager) Service. Please check the Events Screen for further information on the error. If the SQM is running, you can try to restart it via the Applications-Screen in the Admin Workspace.

Best regards
Roman

Hi @roklde

Thanks for your quick feeback, I tried to relaunch the service here, but I have the same message.
Could it possible that it is on the server side ?

Thanks and Regards

anthony

Hi @roklde

To give you a better and detailed view of the message

In the event menu I have this detail

Hi Anthony,

this looks like the necessary ports opening wasn’t made on the Servers. You have to open the documented ports for proper communication between the Services:
