Hi Experts,

 

In integration monitor schedules, we can configure the folder listener option as below.

 

 

As per my understanding, we can use only xml and csv file to process as inbounds since the data connectors are only available for CSV and XML.

Example - If the customer added the excel file to the specific inbound folder, is there a way for us to process that?

OR else we need to ask from customer to provide the csv or xml file?

Not exactly. I just want to check whether there is any possibility to process ‘Excel’ or any other types of files as inbound files without using csv or xml file? (in integration schedules → folder listener )

My understanding is, we should use the csv or xml type file since we might need to use the data connector here which supports only csv and xml.
