Hi
I want to create a resorce in IFS so that a task can be assigned to him but not as a user as he will not login (since user consumed licence). Just the manager will see on which task that resource is assigned. So I created him as a person & resource under a res group NOT as a user. I saw there is no way I can mark him invalid as I can do for a user. How can I change this?
