Is it possible to add a column to the “Open Requests at Place” popup that fires on the Request screen after entering a place_id? We want to add Request Type to the below.

Looking in UI Designer I though this was the “OPENREQUESTSFORPLACELOOKUP” screen however it appears that is not the case. Is the screen in the screenshot modifiable?

Thanks,

Barry

Hi Barry,

Yes, the screen in your attached image (OPENREQUESTSFORPLACELOOKUP) can be modified. You can create a sub-screen of the default original screen, just like creating custom screens screens. Additionally, adding the Request Type to this screen can be done as usual.

1.Add required field from 'Add Screen Fields'

2.Then follow general seps (add custom screen to specific roles if required, refresh cash etc)

3.This will display the required field in the popup that appears on the Request screen after entering a place_id.

I hope this helps.

Hi Suvini,

Thanks for your response. I have read through your instructions and I tried exactly what you describe before I raised this post. On trying it again I am still unable to get the field to display.

Then I noticed your screenshot is of the web client whereas we generally use the Smart Client. Here is my screenshot of the Web client where the field displays.

And the Smart Client where it does not display.

Do you know why it does not show in the Smart Client?

Regards,

Barry

Hi Barry,

Sorry for the delayed response. Yes, it currently works only in the web client due to limitations in the current baseline design. The R&D team is actively working on a feasible solution. If you'd like, you can create a support ticket—please make sure to request that it be assigned to me, as I’m already in discussion with the R&D team and this will help resolve the issue more effectively and save time. If not, I will provide an update with the fixed version via this forum once it’s ready.

Thanks & BR,
