I have created a Request on the back of a Request Contract. The SLA I defined on the Contract Line appears on my Task SLA (see bottom of screenshot). 

 

However, in the Header of my Request, I can see that there’s a field called “SLA Commitments”, this doesn’t seem to be populated with my Task Level SLA but (assumption) requires a Scope SLA to be defined? Is there anyway to have this field pre-populate, same as the Task SLA (or better still based on the Task SLA not the Scope SLA Commitment)? 

 

 

I let ​@anmise confirm, but I think SLA Commitments on the request header will only be populated with request commitments, but not with scope or task commitments. You can list these on the SLA tab only. If you think the logic should be different, it may be worth filing an idea.
