hi, is there a way that multiple criteria can be applied in the dispatch console filters like multiple competencies . I think since Match All is on, if I put multiple, it does not show any results. So want to turn it off.

Another suggestion that has been made. As far as I’m aware you cannot see past data in Dispatch Console.
+23Usually the idea is that a job requires 1..n competencies and/or 1..n certificates, so “AND” makes sense as just having 1 out of 2 skills would not qualify a resource for that job. Or do you have a situation where one or the other is sufficient?

Yes, it is like a work can be completed by a person having X comp or a person with Y competency. Its important for our business requirement.

Thanks Alexander. Also, do you know how can I see the past assignments in dispatch console as it shows the dates only from today-1.
It has some settings in scheduling dataset but not sure what.
