Hello,

 

Is anyone able to tell me why some resources are missing their assigned “Region” field when viewed in the Resources menu of the Scheduling workspace?

Some are populated while others are not. I cannot find any differences in the creation or setup of these regions in the divisions menu.

Have you added the “Region” column as a custom column? and the data in that column is sent as an additional_attribute as well to PSO?

if you don't mind could you attach a saved schedule XML to have a look?

No it is not a custom column:

 

 

 


Can you please lay out the best practice for supplying a saved schedule? Every method I try gives me an error: 

“Region+field.txt: Sorry, we couldn't upload your file because we don't support that file type. Supported file types: zip, pdf, xml, txt, csv, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, jpg, jpeg, gif, png
