Hi,

In a scenario where PSO is offering a slot initially and after job is allocated to a resource, for some reason after some time PSO is unallocating the job. Please help me to understand if PSO is unallocating the job later why it would offer a slot at first go and what might be the reason to make the job unallocated at later stage

When you say “slot” I assume you use appointment booking? What is the upstream system - FSM/IFS Cloud/custom?
