Hi,
I am setting all the parameters for the isochrones, but when I try to use the functionality, I always get the circle in this image.
Pending isochrones 0/1 changes to 1/1 for a few seconds, but does not change the circle.
The travel calculation method is ‘HTM’, but in Event I see this message:
What can I do to get the expected result?

Hi Stefania, is this the the same instance as in Event Warning: Hierarchical Travel Matrix not Licenced | IFS Community? If yes, it would also explain why you only get circle isochrones, PSO falls back to as-the-crow-flies if the HTM cannot be utilized.

+7Hi Alex, we had a different MatrixID in the licence different from EUR, and Italy is in EUR. We are waiting to enter the correct Matrix ID.
