I am aware in FSM the surveys are always linked with Tasks , but is it possible to have surveys as independent objects and not linked with any tasks , like a morning routine for the technicians.

+14No, this is not currently possible with the out of the box solution - as you mentioned, surveys are tied to tasks (or requests).
One possible solution might be to create a first task and have that be the tech’s first assignment of the day. It wouldn’t be a task for a customer and wouldn’t require any travel or anything like that, it would just facilitate the tech doing the survey.
