In the IFS FSM Foundation training class. I created 3 new places. When I go to My Customer screen, why are only 2 places are displaying?
On the PLACE screen Search button, there is a dropdown arrow which will show the selected ‘saved search’ - e.g. ‘My Customers’. Next to this, on the left, there is an arrow icon. Expand it, and you can choose to see the details for the search.
The reason you only see two PLACE records is likely because the third one is not a ‘customer’ based on the value of place.whos_place field.
