Hello together,

we have the situation when manually changing the service organization and also if we want a service  for a request the access group will not be updated in baseline?

Do you have the same behaviour?

Thanks

Marc

Hi,

When you want to change the Service Organization for a Request you can use the Admin-->Edit Service Organization option on the Request.

This will change the Service Organization on the Request and create a new service (scope) for the new one. The previous service on the old Service Organization will be cancelled.

For Access: The Request Tasks in the new Service will have the Access group(s) set by the new Service Organization access setup. There is currently an issue that the new Access groups are not added in on the Request or the Scope. We will aim to fix that in the next release.
