In Apps9 Repair Work Orders, there is an option to edit the configuration of the part serial record associated with the work order object (see screen capture below). Does this capability exist in Cloud?

Business Case

1. A customer has equipment to be repaired.
2. A customer order is created that will be used to deliver the repaired equipment to the customer.
3. The customer order line for the part has a config ID of 5555.
4. A repair work order is created with the serial object to be repaired.
5. The part serial record associated with serial object has a config ID of 2222.
6. After the repair, the part serial config ID needs to be updated to config ID 5555 so it can be reserved and picked for the customer order line and then delivered.

The repair work order in Apps9 allows the configuration to be edited. I’m looking for a way to do this in Cloud.
