How to add unassigned tasks in schedule board map

I can only see a task which has been assigned to an Engineer in schedule board map, but can not see unassigned task in map?

Any specific reason ?

Can you share a screenshot - is this FSM, IFS Cloud Dispatch Console or PSO?

Its FSM only.

Hi, 

I have recreated the steps allowing to see the task on the map.

 

First: Unassigned task at it appears on the task list below the schedule board gantt
Second: Dragged the task (4181) from task list to drop it on the gantt
Last Step: Task 4181 appears on the map on the extreme upper left whilst being in Unassigned status.
