My FSM6 contract selection screen is blank in the web client. It works just fine in the Smart Client. I have Update 21 installed since last Friday, but I noticed this defect just today.
The issue shows consistently on the request, rma, request line, request unit and repair center screen.
My workaround is to create the rma in the smart client first and continue in the web client for my presentation. All entitlements are applied correctly.
Any recommendations how to fix this issue?
Please advise.
