FSM Webclient issue: A125: No license information was found for the user

Hi All,

 

I am getting the following error while connecting to webclient. A125: No license information was found for the user. I am doing a fresh application installation. Any idea how this can be fixed?

Hi Komal,

did you assign a license type on the person record?

Hi Roman,

I have not assigned any license type manually as I am not able to login to the application. However, the database is a backup of another DB where I have license type as ‘studio’. And no matter what user I try to login with, I am getting the same issue

Hi, What was the solution to the problem? I, have the same problem.

Hi Matheus,

does it happen for a specific user only or for every user? Could you please provide more input.
