FSM-Web Client Portal Access

While accessing the FSM Web Client Portal from IIS server.It is  throwing 500.19 Internal Server error.

How to solve this error. Remember that its an on premise installed web client portals.

I believe i need to do some configuration in the web config file.Can someone tell me what i need to do?

Hi Pinmaya,

The DotNetCore install file is in the same location as the FSM install file as shown in the attached screen shot.

Hi,

Have you installed DotNetCore.2.0.9-WindowsHosting.exe from the install media on the server?

Hi Paul,

In IIS i have done some changes in application pool but how to check DotNetcore 2.0 Windows Hosting is installed or not?

The easiest way is to just run the installer.

The file should be in the root folder of the install media.
