I have been advised that FSM 6 goes into extended support in January 2026 and then into restricted support in January 2029.
However, I have not been given any further information on if this will incur additional fees, or what alternative products IFS have available other than IFS Cloud (which is a 7 x more expensive).
Does anyone know anywhere I can find out more or know themselves?

I recommend contacting IFS directly and asking them your questions.
I am sure you will get all the answers you need and alternatives to FSM6.
