This customer is currently using FSM 6 r22 and upgrading to r29.

When booking appointments they are currently seeing offers in server time - which happens to be US Eastern time. They want to see the times default to customer time. Can I do that in Smart Client?

Hi @ProGeoffS ,

Have you checked whether the scheduling app param APPOINTMENT_BOOKING_DISPLAY_CUSTOMER_TIME is enabled for the given dataset or all datasets?

This scheduling app param dermines whether to display times in customer or user timezone on appointment booking popup window.

Thank you, I thought there had to be an app param or something I was over looking. THeir param value is set to Y and maybe I’m looking at this wrong, but whether Y or N, the time periods for the start and end dates as well as the schedule calendar itself still appear to be in user time.

Am I just being thick?
