FSM 6.20 Web Client wc_screen_settings table

I am trying to create a new screen in FSM web client and taking the below error.

Invalid data constraint definition found for column list_group_id of wc_screen_settings table. Blank or empty search value not allowed.

    In this post they recommend to delete and start from scratch
