FSE reported few hrs in return travel while completing the task but the entry does not reflect on browser. Any idea why?

FSE reported few hrs in return travel while completing the task but the entry does not reflect on browser. Any idea why?

Have you checked in the Failed Transactions what is the error? This is most likely due to the difference in time zone of your device and the timezone of IFS cloud server. When I changed the time zone of my system to that of the IFS back end systems, it was resolved but that is not a good solution but we can live with it till a further solution is developed/found.

Hi,

we have the same problem.

Return Travel is reported in MWO during the completion process.
Time Type needs to be edited manually (where can this be set up?)
It appears on the Service Report and the Work Task Clockings, but does not get a transaction ID.
There is no entry on the Time Reports of the Request Work Task or the Sales Lines.

There are no failed transaction!

We are running 24R1 at the moment.

Is there a solution?
