There is currently no way to go back more than two weeks. Just so that I understand, what is it you’re trying to do? Maybe another form or reporting is better suited for historical data.

Our Dispatchers / Teamleader and Backoffice need to be able to check who was where, when.
As we want to use the Dispatch Console for the visual planning checking previous assignments in the same tool would be necessary.

As this is possible to do in the Resource Monitoring and both get the information from the same place, I dont understand why it should not be possible in in the Dispatch Console.

Thanks for claryfiying your requirements. We have similar requirements from other customers and other industries. This for sure is something we will look into in the future. But it will not be added as a capbility to go backwards in the dispatch console, more likely some kind of an audit where you can go back to a particular time and see what has happened. Would you mind logging an idea for this in Ideas ?
