Hi All,

Having an issue with datasets which contains 11k  records whenever initialization happen form FSM did not see any error in schedule manger its showing process completed but when i am checking in to PSO dataset is not able to load entire data  its getting timed out. I could see the status of the dataset is “NO DATA”  if dataset having less load process is completing successfully  and displaying data on schedule board. I was suspecting  that db space issue or  timed out need to increase in binding path.

Could any one  please help me on this how we can fix the issue ?

Thanks,

Durga

Hi @Durga,

If you open the FSM Web Client (not smart client), go to “Maintain Dataset” screen and try to choose the dataset from there and try pressing “Initialize” button, does it initialize properly?

Best regards,
Hushan

@Durga :
Which FSM and PSO version are you running?
Which type of integration do you have between FSM and PSO (Soap or REST)?
- We are facing timeout in the FSM end when attempt sending  initial load from FSM to PSO when we have more than 4000 tasks/work orders - so how many hours/days/weeks do the typical SLA for mention 15.000 orders have and what is the typical size of your load file?
