Can't add a resource to a region

Hi All,

I have one resource that I can’t add to a region.

His ID will not show up in the drop down in Scheduling Resource Regions screen.

Any clue why he’s being filtered out?

He will also not show up in the drop-down for Scheduling Resources screen.

He is listed as a resource and he appears to be set up properly.

Are you checking in the correct company? In the upper right hand corner you have a selector. If it’s the one you expect, is the resource connected to it?

Yes, the company is correct

Ok, so both of them have an employee record? If you check the employees section on the company screen you should be able to see that quickly.

Ok, one last idea. In the Resource Detail screen, in tab “Employee” for TMCCOY, can you check if the “Primary Scheduling” flag is set to “No”? 

It should be set to Yes, to use as a scheduling resource.

Yes it was.

In the end, we had to manually remove him entirely from the system and put him back in from the start (new user).

It was like he was being filtered out of the list of available resources.
