Dear FSM experts,

I am seeking documentation that outlines the best use cases regarding when to use scheduled processes and integration schedules in FSM. If anyone has access to such documentation or any ideas, please share them with me. Thank you.

Thanks & Best Regards,

Hi Amandi,

from my experience, I see that many customers are using the Integration Monitor schedules in multi-server environments to asign the schedules to specific servers. When using scheduled processes you can’t influence which server the process will be executed. Also, customers with PSO integration are using IM schedules to send a “hearbeat” / timeline update from FSM.

You can also find some information in the community, e.g.

You can also check the FSM Connect Guide (available in the FSM documentation suite) for more information on IM schedules.

Best regards
Roman
