Hi,

I need to manage several activities on specific days and times for a customer.

I thought about using the availability patterns on activity types linked to Standard task, but it is ignored in the PSO scheduling. This information is not reported in the task scheduling information.

Am I missing something? Is there a way to use the availability model for the activity type in the planning?

Thanks

Tested on 24.1.4. Defined that my Activity Type can only be done on Mondays and Wednesdays (it only worked when I specified Start and End):

Full Load sent to PSO:

Hi,

The Availability Pattern is connected to the Activity_Type itself. It will not be inherited down to each and every Work Task.

Are you saying that there is no availability applied to the activity if you look in the PSO workbench?

Thank you, I had indeed not entered the end date and the chosen pattern availability was not considered by the PSO and was not visible in the Workbench on the task.
