I’m currently on App10 UPD9. Trying to implement PM Actions. When the WO is created I would like to be able to assign the tasks to a team or individual. Does anyone have helpful hints on how to do this?

You can define the resource group (and resource ID) on the PM action as below. (but it is not mandatory to have resource groups defined from PM Action level. you can directly define on Work Order as well)
Once the work order is generated, you can use Assign work /Allocate resource to create the assignment.
From the header of the work order you can also use ‘Assign Multiple Tasks’ to assign all tasks to an individual.
