Dear Experts:

We have observed PM Tasks generations to be very slow in FSM also, the environment being slow intermittently. Do we have any performance baseline definitions for FSM to compare the behavior?

Also, we have observed this is happening every day at a particular time period, there the utilization spikes on the environment.  How we can Track the cause?

Thank You,

Kasun

Hi @Kasun Manuranga,

As covered by the post that @Shneor Cheshin linked, there are no baselines. We do have the performance troubleshooting guide though to assist with performance issues in FSM

In particular please take a look at the KBA regarding Task_assignment_view.  When PM tasks are 1st created they are typically sent down to every mobile device in the background!  Check the KBA for more details, and something to consider for performance problems when creating PMs.
