The issue is there for the administrator of the default organization. I have tried log into the application from the administrator user and add the relevant views for the missing windows under the permissions from Administrator > Organization > Users > Permissions. But the relevant views were not available under the permissions.

Could you please let me know how the screen permissions can be granted in a similar instance where the views are not available for the administrator for the default organization.

Hi Kalana,

Seems like System parameters of Child organization has imported to Default organization. That’s why the mentioned screens are missing.

Regards,

Sajith

Hi Kalana,

you should find the permissions for those views under Root > SWB > AdministrationWorkspace:

Hi Roman,

The issue is that those views are not available under the AdministrationWorkspace.

Kalana.

Hi Kalana,

If they have enabled Timetables, you can take a System Snapshot prior to this issue occurred and import it.

Otherwise, only option is to build it from scratch and use Child org exports (Child System Param, ARP) to retain the data.

Another possible option is import Default org system parameters of  Pre Prod to Test. But you need to be careful not to import the Pre Prod license data to Test. Also, you might need to add the Test Child Org License once.

Sajith

Hi Kalana,

Access the PSO database and update it via SQL, the parameter that Roman pointed out.
