Is there a way in which a task, that has 2 or more resources assigned, can be open on the mobile app of all the technicians? The is an error message that reads ‘Task has been picked up already.’

Any way to have 2 resources work on the same task simultaneously?

If you are using FSM6, this is not supported in the platform.
Each task can be assigned to one resource.
