Analysis for Service Contract - incorrect values

Hi All,

 

Doing some tests with ‘Analysis for Service Contract’ in IFS Cloud and I am noticing some strange behaviour.

 

Situation:

I have a service contract where I Invoiced 2 items:

  • Periodic invoice of 500 USD/Month
  • Preventive Maintenance Work Order charged with a Service Line at ‘Fixed Price’ of 2500 USD

 

Now I check my Service Contract Analysis and I see 2 issues:

  1. Incorrect visual ‘Revenue Analysis’
    • In the Summary I see a field “Revenue (USD)” which says 3000 USD - that’s good. 
    • But the Revenue Analysis bar chart only gives a value of 500 USD
    • And next to it we have the breakdown that really shows the 500 USD from the Invoice Plan and the 2500 from the ‘Fixed Price’ WO
    • Why is that 1 bar chart not consistent with the other info?
  2. Incorrect Costs
    • My Invoice plan did not have any costs - my work order on the other hand had 1 part and 1 resource used, respectively a cost of 2127.84 USD and 0.15 USD
    • Why does the Analysis overview only say a cost of 2127,84 USD and not 2127.99 USD as I would expect? Why is the resource cost not counted?

Hi ALl,

 

Does anybody have feedback on this? I would love to have an idea if we are dealing with a bug or if there is any functionality that I am missing.
