Alex is our VP for Service Management Consulting & Partners, and has been with IFS since January 2019. He sent the last 11 years working with customers and partners in Service Management Software working with TOA Technologies / Oracle, and more recently the location sharing platform Glympse. Prior to that Alex spent 10 years working for Global SI’s as a Consultant, Project Manager and then Account Director.
