Hello friends. Is there any Learning Path to start learning how to manage Assyst. Starting from the bottom ground (instead  having to follow the online raw documentation)?

I´m well rounded in ITIL4 itself and in other ITSM tools, like GLPI, OCS, Microsoft System Manager and CA SDM, and I need to obtain structured learning for assyst ?

Hi!

It looks like this question was posted in the wrong sub-forum, I actually stumbled upon it by accident. For future questions about Assyst, try scrolling to near the bottom of the sub forum dropdown menu, there you should find IFS Assyst and its sub-forums like Assyst General, etc. If you can’t find it, feel free to contact a community moderator for help.

That aside, if I were you, I’d reach out to your account manager for questions regarding training:

I believe some updated training material may have been released recently.

If you're looking into reading about specific areas, I’d recommend starting with the How-To category on the wiki aswell as try searching for “step-by-step” on the wiki. While these articles may not cover everything A-Z, they do a fairly good job of explaining the required setup for specific features.

However, if you're planning to set up a new Assyst installation from scratch, that’s a more involved process and will likely require IFS consulting, your account manager would be the best point of contact for that as well.

Best of luck!
Richard
