Unknown publisher error

Does the customer need to sign in with the Thawte certificate.

@Hiroshi Perera  can you try adding  IFS URL to the Trusted sites in the security settings in the machine and see ?

I had similar issue with MS project adding and above solved that for me.

probably you will have to check the and add the same URL into MS word Trust center as well.

Adding this to the trusted site has not worked for the customer but I didn’t informed about the MS word trust center.
