Hi Team,

When trying to install the ‘IFS Document Management Office Add-In’ customer is getting the unknown publisher as highlighted below. Customer is in Apps10, UPD18. It is said that the App must be signed with a public signed certificate

 

Does the customer need to sign in with the Thawte certificate.

Kindly advice.

@Hiroshi Perera  can you try adding  IFS URL to the Trusted sites in the security settings in the machine and see ?

I had similar issue with MS project adding and above solved that for me.

probably you will have to check the and add the same URL into MS word Trust center as well.

Adding this to the trusted site has not worked for the customer but I didn’t informed about the MS word trust center.
