Trigger a function when Approved or Rejected a Approval Process

Am assuming , you are looking for some support to identify the table, on which the custom event needs to be configured. 

View name is :  APPROVAL_CURRENT_STEP  . 

Based on this you should be able to further design the custom event, with conditions ( Status = Approved or Rejected).

Assume that the action will change, based on the Object Key and LU , meaning if the approval templete is connect to Shop Ord, the action will be different, and if the object key is connected to Project , as an example, the action will be different. 

These need to be incorporated in your conditions.
