I have deployed the IFS Print agent, all with Green Lights :

When trying to print a shipment document

We get errors. Does anyone know what permissions we need to give and where?

Any hints are welcome.

Have you checked whether your middleware server can communicate with your local printers without any restrictions?

Works in PRD .. issue is with the UAT. They’re all with the same cloud setup. The domain machine is the same  where I deployed both print agents, one from UAT the other one from PRD. The only difference is that I installed the Aurena Agent MSI and browser AddOn for UAT .. and there I have problems.
