Hi

Anybody knows the meaning of Column F/S, L/D  (see attachment)  :

Lobby : Document management / List :  Document Overview

Columns :

  • DT/CR : Date Created
  • F/S  Related ; check in/ check out. When it is orange ? Red : check in
  • L/D ?
  • O/C : Object Connected (Red : Object connected Missing)

Thanks & Regards

Hi,

I think that lobby element is not a standard one (from R&D), so I cannot comment with certainty. I can guess though, that F/S stands for File Status. The coloring is probably there to remind the user to check in their documents (a common thing to forget.)

As for L/D, I cannot say. You can check the element definition and find the data source there and then check what that column comes from by looking at the data source.

Good luck!

Correct F/S stands for File Status (Checked In/Out/In Progress) = Green is checked in

L/D stands for late document (where planned finish date < today) = Red is late

O/C = Object Connected (because every document should be connected to something)

The Document Actions element displays the ‘overview’ of these actions

Hope that makes sense!
