Hi All,

For most of the questions I have placed on the Chat section of the IFS.ai Copilot in 24R1, the response I receive is :

Sorry, there are connection issues, so I can't answer right now. Please try again later.

Fro Demonstration purposes, is there a particular way to word the question to receive a response ?

Hi Antonio.

We are having the same issue, but we found this in the IFS Cloud Documentation:

https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/24r2/030_administration/090_automation_optimization/200_machine_learning/030_machine_learning_configurations/

If the IFS Cloud installation is installed using Cloud deployment model you can access the Machine Learning Service.

If your installation is done via the Remote deployment model you will not have access to this service.

I did a test on Cloud Buildplace in a DEV environment and the Copilot chat was also not working there.

Hi All

any idea when IFS releases some statements in regard to AI for remote customers? Can’t be too difficult, and expectations would be that features would be available at least one Release later to remote customers.

Thanks

Dominik

Can the machine learning Large Language Model be trained with operational user’s data or will it be only pre-trained model available in 24R2?

What is the pre-requisite to enable IFS.ai Copilot for cloud deployment customers? I still see this error on cloud deployed IFS.

Hi,

When this message appears, something is wrong with the connection to IFS.ai Platform or the setup of IFS.ai Copilot.

In 24R2 SU3 a Copilot Error Log page was introduced, where administrators can get a better understanding for what the issue is. IFS.ai Copilot Error Log - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud

Access to IFS.ai Copilot for remote customers is planned to be available from August 2025.

Here is the guide for how to set up IFS.ai Copilot and enable it to users: Solution Manager User Guide - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud
