You can add the file extension in the EDM basic window → File types tab

all the supported file types are visible in here.

When selecting file to upload the files it will be visible in supported file types

Sahan gave you the answer, but I want to comment on what "supported" means. It simply means we can store such a file, that's it. It never means we have some specific support for any type of file, like having a built-in viewer for it or doing any special operation for that particular file.

In short you can say that IFS Document Management "support" any type of file as long as it has a file extension. You just need to configure it.
