@SamiL , thank you for the response. It seems like the general consensus is that most IFS users do not care to keep document management available in their ‘non-prod’ instances, based on ​@Mathias Dahl question “Why would you want to do that?”

My assumption has always been there could be instances where testing and development could rely on existing files in EDM, but upon discussion with our Director of ERP, this no longer seems like a necessity. In Apps 10, I had a pretty stream-lined process with a SQL script that updated the file locations for EDM repositories and a command script that would copy the EDM files from the ‘PROD’ repositories to the destination instance repositories. At this point, I should just take this as a win, because now the database refresh process just got lighter and it appears that we will not reach the database limits for years!
