Good day.  I would appreciate feedback on the following please: after attaching a “Comments” file from the Receiver of a Document Transmittal, the Comments Received field is updated as “Yes” on the line level under the “Documents” tab. 

 

The “Comments Received” field on the Header level though does not update:

Anyone that knows why this is and what is required for this field to be updated?

​@AnGo comment received is valid for OUT transmittals. After you send files out and receives comment files from the external party you could update the transmittal status to Comment Received. then this will be updated.

the field description explains the behavior as below. “If this value is set as Yes, comment files have been received for the transmittal. This value is set automatically when the transmittal status is changed and cannot be manually changed.”
