Hi

on an Authorized expense sheet, user can still add or detach attachment. Is there a parameter or a configurationĀ to block this capability.

Once an expense sheet is authorized, no data can be updated, not even attachments

The easiest way forward is for you to add a custom event + custom event action that stops any documents from being connected to the expense record. The other option is to create an idea in the Ideas section here on IFS Community to get such an idea to be considered. It's should preferably be directed not to IFS Document Management, but to the area that owns the screen in question (in the case of expenses I guess it's HR/HCM).
