Hi all,

I don't want users to see the Access tab but this feature comes from FND_END_USER.

FND_END_USER is standart permission set therefore i don’t want change standart permission set.

When i get the access tab from FND_END_USER what happens?

Or What is other solve?

I'm no expert at the predefined permission sets from IFS, but it doesn't sound like a good idea to grant specific forms and parts of forms to a permission set like FND_END_USER. Create a couple of special permission sets for Docman instead. Perhaps one for creators and one for readers/viewers. Then grant the necessary access to those and grant those permission sets to users.

Once that's done, revoke the Docman permissions from the FND_END_USER permission set.

Good luck!

I think similarly. Okay, if I take FND_END USER to users. If I give only special permission sets.
Would it be correct if these permission sets were the version of FND_END_USER permission set without the access tab?

I don't understand your question, sorry.

Permission sets are simple things and once you understand them you will figure out what to do.

In your case you need at least two of them. One for all users and what all users need to do, and at least one granting special rights on top of that.

Did you review the documentation on this topic?

Hello,

You could eventually create a dedicated context for this page with Page designer, and hide this tab in it.

However, contexts are not linked to permissions but user groups, which requires extra maintenance.

Pierre

That might work in IFS Cloud, yes 🙂
