In apps 10, there is a supplier relationship field under the CRM info of the customer window, which means the customer is registered as a supplier as well. 

But this is not available in Cloud and not even in the ‘ACCOUNT - CRM” window. 

 

Any reason for this or is there any other way in cloud this is addressed?

From Apps10 to IFS Cloud, several changes have happened and as you have found, connection between a Customer and a Supplier can no longer be established from Customer> CRM Info section.

However, you can establish the same connection in IFS Cloud from Supplier> Purchase section as shown below.

Hi @KethakaG, thanks for this answer. I have a question on this. Even though the connection is made on the supplier as you have explained, how does it reflect the connection to CRM? Is there any explanation for that? Because in apps 10 it is available under the CRM info of the customer window.
