Hello.

I have been looking at the Single Occurrence address in IFS Cloud.

I created a customer order and the option was no editable.

 changed this to editable within page designer.

When i set the flag as true the information within the delivery address info is not available.

 

 

any ideas? I have checked environments being logged in as IFSAPP.

In cloud defining “single occurrence address” is little bit different. 

For the CO header you can define as below. (Operations > Single Occurrence Address” 

 

Enable the toggle from here and define the address

For CO line level you can select
