Eevn though there are connected business opportunity and business acitivites for this saved account/customer, Data is not shown show saved customers in CRM panel

 

 

When customer name is clicked in outlook it tries to show but then again dissapear.

 

Hi,

Can the user trying to use the CRM panel, can access the information using IFS cloud? 

(My guess is it could it be CRM access)

Could you please check the a contract is created for the mail id and connected to the leads & business activities?

@AsankaGaru  Hi Asanka, The user has access in IFS cloud to see the account,business op and business activity. Any specific windows should I check?


@EqeMithuV @AsankaGaru  I think the issue was contact was not linked correctly. I added the account address and contacts then It started showing thank you for the support.
