Is there a way to setup a minimum customer order quantity before shipping product. Say XYZ customer doesn’t like to receive multiple shipment charges but they place orders frequently. Can you setup a way in IFS to say if Customer XYZ’s quantity is over 100USD ship it, if not do not ship it?

Hi @Ngerst ,

Have you checked adding a minimum sales Qty in Sales part > General tab? , It will raise an information message when saving CO lines.

Yes we have. It’s similar to this but rather than a Sales Part, is there anything on a Customer that does this?

Hi Please check whether below field ‘Minimum sales amount’ in the customer will help your requirement.

The minimum net amount that should be sold to the customer per order (expressed in the base currency). This amount is excluding the charges and taxes. If the total order value is less than this, a message appears when you release the customer order or sales quotation.
