Hi,

 

We are migrating data from Apps8-Support Issue (Module-SCENTR) to IFS Cloud. But in the IFS cloud we couldn't find the module-SCENTR and a page called ‘Support Issue'. Data is not there in the IFS cloud’s "Case Issue" either.

So we would like to know how the Module-SCENTR is mapped to the IFS Cloud.

Hi Rasmika,

You can, perhaps, explore the options of Call Center (working with cases) or Contract Management with support agreements in IFS Cloud.
