When I try to login to IFS Support, I am taken to a Logout successful page. Does anyone know the reason behind this?

To resolve this issue, please try the following solutions:

  1. Close all browser windows and clear the cache and cookies by following these steps:
    • Open Google Chrome and press Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
    • Go to the Advanced tab and choose: Time range: All time.
    • Select Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files, Site settings, Hosted app data.
    • Click ‘Delete data’.
    • Close and reopen Google Chrome.
    • Paste this URL: https://support.ifs.com.
  1. If this does not work, try using incognito mode:
    • Open Google Chrome.
    • Tap the three vertical dots at the top right.
    • Select ‘New incognito tab’ from the list.
    • Paste this web address: https://support.ifs.com.
    • On the first page, enter your business email address.
    • On the second page, enter your business email address and your password.
  1. If you still encounter the same issue, try resetting your password by clicking on the link below and entering your username. If you don’t know your username, please contact the IFS Guide Me Team

       Once your password has been re-set, log in at https://support.ifs.com/csm. On the first page,               enter your email address and on the second page, enter your email address and password.

  1. If none of these suggestions resolve your issue, please email Services@ifs.com for assistance and provide the steps you followed and screenshots of the error messages you receive.

Thank you for your prompt response. Unfortunately it didn’t worked for me and I have sent an email to Services@ifs.com as you said in step 4.
